| Gelato caldo! It’s contradictory but it exists. We propose this taste in winter. It’s a gelato with a texture similar to a mousse, warmer than a regular ice cream. An interesting combination between the famous Christmas dessert Panettone, that we mix with rum, and the whipped cream, all decorated by a cascade of hazelnut and cocoa cream.
